  •  8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. 4-H Rabbits Entered
  •  8:30 a.m. 4-H Dog Show (Pavilion)
  •  9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Enter All Open Class Entries, Including Flowers & Produce
  •  9:00 a.m. - Merchants Can Begin Setting Up Their Booths
  •  9:00 a.m. 4-H Livestock Interviews (Green 4-H Building; formerly Open Class Bldg.)
  •  11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. 4-H/FFA Non Market Goats entered in North West Dairy Barn
  •  2:00 p.m. 4-H Cloverbud Stick Events (Pavilion)
  •  2:30 p.m. -4:30 p.m.  4-H Leadership and Know Your Government Projects Entered & Judged
  •  3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. 4-H/FFA Beef Weigh In & Ultrasound
  •  4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Enter 4-H/FFA Projects, (Green 4-H Building; formerly Open Class Bldg.)
  •  4:30 - 5:30 p.m. 4-H/FFA Dairy Cows/Calves Entered & Weighed in (No Milking Cows)
  •  5:00 p.m. 4-H Rabbit Show (Pavilion)
  •  5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Enter Open Class Poultry
  •  5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. 4-H/FFA Sheep Weigh In & Ultrasound
  •  6:00 p.m. Buildings Close for the Day
  •  6:00 p.m. Lawn Mower Races (Rodeo Arena) Cost: $5/person or $25/family
  •  7:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. 4-H/FFA Market Goat Weigh In & Ultrasound
    •  Washing of Livestock Animals Allowed Following Final Weigh In of Day
    •  Only Horses May be Washed in Front of Horse Stalls 7 and 8

 TUESDAY, July 28th, 2020

  •  8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. 4-H/FFA Swine Weigh In/Ultrasound
  •  8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. 4-H/FFA Poultry Entered
  •  8:00 a.m. 4-H Horse Quality & Performance
  •  8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Judging of all Open Class Entries (Building Closed until 7:00 p.m.)
  • 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Judging of all 4-H/FFA Projects, (Building Closed until 7:00 p.m.)
    • (Green 4-H Building; formerly Open Class Bldg.)
  •  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Merchants Can Finish Setting Up Their Booths & Will be Open at Noon
  •  5:00 p.m. - 4-H/FFA Dairy Showmanship/Quality (Pavilion)
    •  Washing of Livestock Animals Allowed Following Final Weigh In of Day
    •  Only Horses May be Washed in Front of Horse Stalls 7 and 8
  •  6:00 p.m. Livestock Pens Judged for Awards
  •  6:00 p.m. Tiny Tot Horse Gymkhana in Arena
  •  7:00 p.m. All Buildings Open to the Public (could be delayed if judging isn’t finished)
  •  7:00 p.m. PMT Night at the Fair – Charley Jenkins, Free to the Public.
    •  ***Concert will be held at the Race Track Grandstands at South Entrance of Fairgrounds***

    •   Cost: $10 adults, $5 ages 6 & under

  •  6 a.m. – Noon All 4-H, FFA, and Open Class animals must be removed no later than noon
    • ​All 4H/FFA pens must be cleaned before NOON - No Expections
  •  10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. 
    • 4-H/FFA & Open Class Exhibits Checked Out
    •  Take Down Booth Decorations
    • Merchants Can Take Down Their Booth
    •  Open Class Checks Available in the McGregor Center

  MONDAY, AUGUST 3rd, 2020

  •  1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 4-H/FFA Premium Money Available at the Extension Office (McGregor Center) until  September 30th.
  •   1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. 
    • 4-H/FFA & Open Class Exhibits Checked Out, take down booth decorations
    •   Open Class Checks Available in the McGregor Center
    •  After today, open class checks will be available at the McGregor Center until  September 28th, 2018, the end of the fiscal year. At that time all remaining checks will be voided.
  •  9:00 p.m. All Livestock Pens Must Be Cleaned Out
